Operations Rules

OK, firstly i just want to say that at the minute operations "alpha" group is not set in stone so don't worry if you are not in it.

We need to see how many people are interested and i need to know class and specs, so please post here so we know whether it will be 2 or 3 groups and how to organise them.

Now some rules:

Firstly, when we are in operations no dicking about or going afk without letting us know, when we are there we are trying to progress.

Secondly, you MUST be on Team speak while we are running an operation, it doesn't matter if you don't have a mic, or even if you are just shy and don't want to talk. The reason is that initially when we discover something does/doesn't work, and later when we know tactics, it is much quicker and much simpler to explain verbally as well as allowing for discussions and questions.

Thirdly, we may give priority to tank/healers or DPS IF we discover we are lacking in a particular area, ie. not enough HP/Def or too low DPS etc.

Finally, you MUST be attempting Flash Points on Hard Mode regularly and this is for a few reasons (see HM thread).
a) better gear means it will be slightly easier in operations BUT i don't care if you win gear or not in HM's as long as you run them as it leads to...

b) in HM's bosses have Hard enrages, wiping is something you will need to get used to but, more importantly, they have additional tactics to learn and remember which will help you no end in operations where team work will be essential to progress.

If I make a decision then that decision is final so please do not go on about it at the time accept it and move on. If however you do have an issue with any decision made please feel free to grab me and let me know what and why, I'm not going to rip your head off for things like that, but i probably will if you do carry on about something after the fact while in operations.

*Edit* If Operations are too much withought HM FP gear we will organise 3 or 4, 4 man groups in place of operations so please see the thread regarding HM FP's.

Sith assasin- DPS (deception) reporting in for any kind of PvE activity. Have already done a few flashpoints and think that my gear is decent aswell (half purple)
